Observer and Participant

Today, I talked with one of my best pal from mushroom factory, robo no1. We was talking about this "Observer and Participant" theory.

Observer and Participant
There are usually two ways to live your life.
As an observer or as a participant.

Observer will only observe and not participate.
Participant will only participate and not observe.

Observer learn through observation.
Participant learn through mistake.

Observer will observe all the possibilities, thus observer will have great intelligence.
Participant will participate all his or her decisions, thus participant will have great wisdom.

Observer occupies his or her time by observing, aware of every possible paths but won't get anywhere because observer don't participate.
Participant occupies his or her time by participating, unaware of other possible paths but won't get anywhere because participant don't observe.

When you choose to become an observer, you will only observe the success and failure of other participant.
When you choose to become a participant, you will feel the happiness and sadness of success and failure yourself.

So which one you want to be? As an observer? Or as a participant?

I was an observer for such a long time, and I was never really happy with my life most of the time. I believe it will be the same if I choose to become a participant. So, I plan to take the third option, 50% observer 50% participant. (Contradicting with what I type earlier about there are two ways to live your life. haha)

Trying to find a balance between participant and observer now.
